Our sites

Jokkmokk tops the hydropower production in Sweden. Site identification, potential assessment, and development follow a procedure including a number of site specific criteria. Furthermore, every individual prospective site is validated against another number of general criteria.
Prospective sites may be classified as suitable for brownfield development, greenfield development (powered, ready to build hard surface, including other necessary infrastructure in place), or client customized according to our development model. We can also identify new sites for clients with specific needs and requests.

We continuously work with identifying new prospective sites.

Projus site

The Porjus brownfield site is ready for market in 120 hours, excluding design and installment of HW. This site is probably most beneficial for a business needing to start somewhere between 1 and 7 MW, and especially so for a business planning to expand up towards 20 MW or perhaps even beyond. The site characteristics imply a cost-efficient site dedicated as a high utilization unit, probably particularly attractive for, but not limited to, the BDA, HPC or Enterprise segments. Summarized data about the site is found in the product leaflet below and a full detail site documentation is prepared, along with ramp-up plans, a decisions guide and investment indicators.

Jokkmokk site C

The Jokkmokk C brownfield site is probably most suitable for a smaller colo or Enterprise unit and is operational within 5 months’ time. The site characteristics imply suitability for a business with preference for resilience and prefab modules and a more moderate expansion plan, in terms of effect usage as well as over time. Summarized data about the site is found in the product leaflet below and a full detail site documentation is prepared.

Jokkmokk site ERE

Jokkmokk ERE brownfield site is probably especially attractive to a business with a high-end green profile, utilizing the opportunity of excess heat re-usage. The site is quickly operational, up to 1 MW in one month’s time (excluding tailored design and HW installment), and with the opportunity of expanding with another 4 MWs in another 2 months’ time. This site may also be attractive as a first test plant for a business not hesitating to find exceptional cost-efficiency following investment for a large scale operation, seeing as the adjacent potential green-field expansion area measure as much as 500,000 sqm. Summarized data about the site is found in the product leaflet below and a full detail site documentation is prepared.
